Absentee Ballot - Ohio
The 2020 Ohio Primary will be conducted by mail in absentee ballot.
To receive an absentee ballot, voters must submit an Absentee Ballot Application. ***If you have questions or cannot print your request, please call your county's Board of Elections for help.***
When completing the form:
- List March 17, 2020 as the election date
- Check the box next to "Primary Election"
- Write the name of the political party ballot you would like to vote
- After printing, SIGN the form
- Mail to your county's Board of Elections (see below or click here for list of counties)
